JOB PURPOSE To be responsible for managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. To support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the Store. To deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures, checking and preparing the product to be taken on the sales floor and/or special areas. Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process. Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system. Always maintain order in the warehouse, according to the Corporate standards. Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines. Provide the orders of packaging material according to the store needs. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Previous solid working experience in a similar role. Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector. High affinity for luxury products. High sense of responsibility. Being able to work in team as well as alone. Dans le cadre de nos opportunités au sein de nos différentes boutiques, nous recherchons un Stockiste. Vous êtes intégré(e) à l’équipe des Stocks de la boutique. Vous incarnez au quotidien les valeurs de la Maison par votre comportement exemplaire. Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes : • Organiser et optimiser les stocks en lien avec les Responsables de département et le Store Operations Manager • Assurer le parfait rangement des réserves • Répondre aux besoins de l'équipe de vente en lui apportant les pièces demandées par les clients • Avoir une connaissance parfaite de son stock et des pièces en réserve afin de répondre aux attentes des Clients le plus efficacement possible • Réapprovisionner les stocks d'approche en boutique ainsi que les éléments de packaging Et d’une manière générale, être le soutien du Gestionnaire de Stock et du Store Operations Manager.
